2. Eauzone

Eauzone’s atmosphere is casual during the day, reflecting its slow pace and the facile sea beyond. However, after sunset, this place becomes a sleek, elegant restaurant. The design is well situated around the pool and gives the impression that the water is translucent. The way to the restaurant with its stylish bar and its splendid, sand-straped poolfront deck is a winding walk across the pool.

3. La Petite Maison

This restaurance’s cooking style belongs to the ‘old Genoa’ restaurant serving Mediterranean dishes, located in the Dubai International Financial Centre. Local products — notably artichoke, courgettes, citrus fruit, olicon, tomatoes, peppers and girollae — are used to produce light and healthy seafood, meat and fresh pasta.

4. Al Hadheerah

The signature restaurant is a 60-minute drive from the Dubai airport at the Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa.
