Desert Safari in Dubai – the tour can be done in the morning or evening. We recommend the evening safari, where you’ll experience the red, steep dunes of the desert in colors you can only see in the Dubai desert, both at sunset and at night. Pickup from your hotel in the afternoon in a Land Cruiser jeep for a ride through some of the most beautiful dunes in the world. Sunset in the Dubai desert is an experience that will stay with you for a long time as one of the highlights of your trip to Dubai. We’ll host you at our upgraded premium camp, Oasis Palm – we’re confident you won’t forget this experience anytime soon. The safari tour takes place in the hot desert, so bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and comfortable shoes.
The extreme dune-driving segment (about 30 minutes) is not suitable for pregnant women or infants, who will wait in the waiting area near the gift shop and attractions. Alternatively, you can book a private jeep for an extra fee and drive at your own pace.

Is the tour suitable for young children or pregnant women?
Pregnant women: participating in dune bashing is strictly prohibited due to the strong jumps and shaking. Young children: we strongly recommend not bringing children under 3-4 years old on this challenging ride. If you’re traveling with young children or pregnant women, we recommend booking a private jeep and asking the driver to take a direct, calm route to the camp, without the dune jumps.
What is the difference between a regular (shared) safari tour and a private tour?
On a shared tour (the cheaper option): the jeep picks you up from the hotel and fills the remaining seats (up to 6-7 passengers total). This means you’ll share the ride with other tourists, and you won’t always have control over the driving pace or the music in the vehicle. On a private tour: the entire jeep is at your disposal. The big advantage is that the driver focuses only on you – if you want an intense, extreme ride he’ll deliver it, and if you want to stop for photos or slow down because someone isn’t feeling well, he’ll do so immediately.
Is the jeep driving self-driven?
On the standard safari tour, no. Driving is done exclusively by professional, skilled drivers who hold a special license for dune driving. If you want to drive yourself in the desert, you should book a separate self-driving attraction on ATVs or a Buggy, which takes place in fenced areas or with a lead guide.
What time do we depart?
Sunset tour (most popular): 14:30-15:30 → return 21:30. Morning tour: 04:30 → 09:00. Sunrise safari option available.
What does the evening camp include?
After the dune ride and watching the sunset, you’ll arrive at a traditional (upgraded) Bedouin camp. This includes hosting with dates, Arabic coffee and free water/soft drinks. A buffet-style dinner (grilled food, rice, salads, vegetarian options). Entertainment shows: belly dancing, a Tanoura show (traditional Egyptian dance) and a fire show. Short attractions: a short camel ride, henna painting and the option to take photos in traditional dress.
